As part of a project for BBVA, we worked on the design of a digital platform to improve the management of internal processes.

I led the end-to-end UX/UI process, working closely with business and technology teams from product definition through design, validation and QA of the first MVPs.

Our work focused on designing the user experience of the tool, structuring complex processes to create a clear and easy-to-use experience. The tool centralises and streamlines tasks that previously relied on more manual processes, making day-to-day management faster and more efficient.

We worked on the information architecture, user flows, and definition of different user profiles and access levels, organising information so that each user can easily find and manage what they need.
