ABB is a global leader in electrification, automation and robotics, operating in over 100 countries and helping industrial and energy businesses improve efficiency.

The project focused on redesigning Terminal Insight, a mobile app designed to digitise freight operations and provide end-to-end traceability.

I led the creative process and UX/UI design, working closely with ABB and the team to understand user needs, operational challenges and technical requirements. Through research, workshops and interviews, we identified key features, defined the product roadmap and established the scope of the MVP.

With the MVP defined, we designed the user flows, wireframes and final UI, collaborating with the development team and conducting usability testing to refine the experience.

The result was a mobile solution designed to streamline freight operations, make information easier to access and provide greater visibility across the process.
