I led a project for BBVA that showcased a model designed to support the international operations of individuals and businesses. From a UX perspective, we designed a transversal platform to connect countries and teams by centralising vision, methodology and tools.

Starting with a fragmented ecosystem, we applied user-centred design through research, interviews, personas, flow analysis and information architecture, iteratively validating the solution. The result was a unified platform that improved cross-channel coherence, enhanced teams’ daily experience and strengthened the model across the organisation.
