It was a project for BBVA that focused on creating a digital product to centralize business strategies and operational processes, optimizing the management of digital interactions at scale.

The platform enables the management of different user roles, permissions, and environments, replacing manual and fragmented processes with a more efficient and scalable solution.

We led the end-to-end UX/UI process, working closely with the business and technology teams from the initial product definition through design, validation, and QA for the first MVPs.

The design work focused on defining information architecture, structuring complex workflows, and designing experiences that simplify operational tasks, making processes easier to manage, supervise, and configure across different scenarios and access levels.

The goal was to create an intuitive and scalable tool aligned with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
